We prefer you submit maintenance requests through your resident portal. Please login to your resident portal and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your resident portal, please get started below.


After-Hours Services

 

  • If your kitchen or bathroom sink is backed up: please wait until the next business day to contact our Service Coordinator at (858) 454-4200 x 123 or email service@torreypinespm.com
  • If your kitchen or bathroom sink has a leak: please call the office at (858) 454-4200.
  • If your power is out: first check your breaker panel which should be located in your closet. Before contacting our service coordinator, check with SDGE at 1-800-411-7343 to see if there are scheduled or reported outages in your area. If there are no scheduled or reported outages, please wait until the next business day to contact service@torreypinespm.com or call (858) 454-4200 x 123, unless it is on a Friday or Saturday then you may call the office at (858) 454-4200.
  • If you have no hot water: please wait until the next business day to contact service@torreypinespm.com or call (858) 454-4200 x 123, unless it is on a Friday or Saturday then you may call the office at (858) 454-4200.
  • If your refrigerator is not working: first unplug the unit and plug it back in securely. If it still doesn’t turn on, please wait until the next business day to contact service@torreypinespm.com or call (858) 454-4200 x 123, unless it is on a Friday or Saturday.
