  • Torrey Pines Repair & Construction - Full-time Service Coordinator

    Responsibilities include:

    Origination and processing of work orders

    Answering and handling of service calls

    Dispatch management

    Supply order coordination

    Time card review and submission of payroll

    Workers Comp administration

    Liaison to TPPM


    Outstanding administrative, organizational and multi-tasking skills

    Customer service experience

    Knowledge of Appfolio and QuickBooks a plus

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

    Attendance at meeting at TPRC warehouse once/week

    Hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
