Our current employment opportunities include:

  • Part-time opportunity for experienced apartment manager.

    48-unit complex in Pacific Beach. Requires on-site residence. Looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term commitment in this position.

    Must be familiar with procedures for lease renewals, move-in and move-out process, rent collection, property inspections, maintenance requests and turn over. Outstanding customer service skills required as well as prior personnel management. CalBRE salesperson license a plus.

    Proficiency in Word and Excel is a requirement testing in these programs will be part of the interview process. Knowledge of Appfolio and On-Site a plus.

    This is a 35-hour/week position. Start date May 15. Salary DOE

All positions require basic Excel skills. Testing will be required.
