- Property Manager
This position manages all aspects of a portfolio of residential properties in the San Diego area. Major responsibilities include: responding to tenant needs in a timely manner, supervising vendors, approving work orders and invoices, negotiating lease renewals, primary contact with property owners, writing accurate and timely reports, and creating budgets.
Minimum 2 years experience as an off-site property manager with a portfolio of residential properties.
Bachelor degree in business or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Appfolio software a plus.
Knowledge of CA property management law.
CalBRE real estate salesperson license required.
- Resident Manager
Experienced Resident Manager for 43-unit building in Spring Valley. 25 hours/week, 1 BR apt. Must be organized and able to coordinate maintenance for unit rehab and exterior renovations. Ability to perform light maintenance preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
