Established in 1983, Torrey Pines Property Management, Inc. provides unprecedented property management services for San Diego residential properties and San Diego commercial properties.

Founders, Lawrence “Chip” Crandall, President; William C. Brehm, CPM, Vice-President; and Andrew E. Nelson, Co-Chairman joined forces in 1983 to collectively provide exceptional expertise and integrity in the acquisition and management of investment real estate. Since that time, Torrey Pines Property Management has shown consistent growth, developing a workplace environment of devoted and dedicated employees, a key component to the success of a service business.

Today, Torrey Pines Property Management currently manages over 2,500 San Diego multi-family apartment rentals and several San Diego commercial and retail properties. Mr. Crandall and Mr. Brehm continue to oversee operations and the Torrey Pines Property Management team of highly trained personnel and Mr. Nelson serves as Co-Chairman and operational advisor.

Torrey Pines Property Management also offers assistance in the evaluation process for clients considering the acquisition of income property in the San Diego area.

In July 2000, TPPM was awarded the prestigious designation of Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). In order to qualify for the AMO® designation, TPPM was required to meet IREM®’s stringent standards of experience, financial stability, insurance protection and ethical integrity. There are just a few property management firms in San Diego County that have reached this level of accomplishment.
